In Short – Floor-to-ceiling windows and Italian leather sofas make this the "sophisticated" (read "extra pricey") place to stay. For special occasions, vacation packages provide the ultimate in pampering, including Swedish massages, horse-drawn carriage rides, Godiva chocolates and champagne. A personal butler will arrange a European breakfast delivered to your room each morning. Work feels better in an Executive chair at the large work desk. When you're ready for play, head for the Scandinavian sauna.

My fiance and I stayed at the Lofts for Valentines day and ran into a miriad of problems with the 5th Ave romance package I had purchased as a surprise. The hotel staff failed to execute many of the "extras" I had paid for. However, the breakfast room service was great as were the in room massages. I called and talked to the manager later and she was very quick to offer remedy to our bad expereince. We'll see the 2nd time around....
- Pros: amazing rooms, in room massages, bathrobes
- Cons: over priced rooms, room service, lots of families

Great Room, Thin Walls

My husband and I really liked our room, the high ceilings and modern furnishings were cool. Also, there was plenty of window light and the Aveda toiletries were a nice touch. But like many reviews of this hotel that I have read, the walls are very thin. Sitting here, in the room now - I can hear the TV in the room next door, and it is obvious that they do not have the volume up very high.

Loud but pretty

While this was one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in, aesthetically speaking, the noise between rooms was the loudest I've ever experienced. We were awakened by the neighbor's television late night, and it was obvious that it was not at an unreasonable volume. But other than that, great hotel...
