Residential Finance was a pleasure to deal with. They made the mortgage process easy. I have purchased a home through RFC and refinanced through them. They exceeded my expectations both times. They kept their promises and helped me immensely. I highly recommend this company.
Pros: Good communication and keeps promises.
Cons: none.

This is an ethical and friendly company with which to deal. They keep their promises and deliver what they day. I have used the company for 2 home purchases and 2 rifances. They have a high level of customer service. I have referred my friends and family and recommend them highly.
