Good honest friendly place

As a Brit that has to travel the world alot this place is like home from home ; good music in the jukebox ,good beer and good company.The staff are great and the locals friendly they never forget a face/name or what your tipple is . This place became my local bar to chill out after work and have a laugth while in town . Thanks to Megan and Fish the bar staff for looking after me ,keep up the the good work and hope to see you again in the future .

• Pros: Good place to kick back after a long day and have a beer and feel at ease

"Where Somebody Knows Your Name"

That's what the folks at the Main Bar pride themselves on- getting to know their customers. Afterall, it's what keeps them coming back. This small downtown Columbus bar is reminiscent of downtown bars you may visit in even larger cities like New York and Chicago. With various types of liquor stocked from one wall of the bar to the other and a vast selection of domestic beers, this mom and pop joint always knows what its customers like. Although you may feel like a bit of an outsider at first among all the regulars, they are fun, quick to warm up to a new face, and will be sure to remember you upon your return. A good juke box and friendly atmosphere make this bar a great place to unwind.

Great for a Hole in the Wall

The Main Bar is smoky, cheap, and has a fun juke box. The bartenders do a great job, and never forget a face! This is a great place to go when you want to have a cheap drink at a total dive!
