Great Food Poor Service. I have been to Ringside on several occasions, always during lunch. No matter what time you get there it's gonna be busy, but usually they have 2 people working. On this day there was only 1 girl working and the basement was closed for diners, so it was mighty TIGHT in that restaurant. It's always cold in there, and the service was S-L-O-W. But let me tell you they have the BEST burgers around! I would recommend, but make sure you know when you go be prepared for a wait.

Best Hamburger Downtown Columbus - Best Place for A Drink After Work. Ringside is my favorite lunch time and favorite after work venue in Downtown Columbus. It has the best hamburgers and a relaxed atmosphere. The wait staff is great. Good happy hour prices on beer.

Don't eat here!. I was never treated so rude. The place wasn't busy and the waitress took her time to take our order. When you have to get back to work that matters. I asked for my hamburger to be well done-it wasn't. It was too pink inside for me so I asked the waitress to have the cook grill it more. You would have thought I asked for Mt. Rushmore. There went another 10 minutes.

I will never go back there again.
