Valet will damage your car. I let the valet park my new vehicle and ended up with extensive bumper/fender damage. The hotel says that once you leave they lot they are not responsible for any damage they may have done and refuse to even investigate. They have recorded security cameras in their valet lot but refuse to review them.

Hotel good: Darbys: BAD, What a joke, service JOKE. What a bunch of idiots, avoid the bar........what a joke!!!!

Avoid Darby's at Hyatt Capital Square, terrible cus service.

This was my 3rd time here and I'm really fed up with this place. The staff was pathetic, the manager tried to resolve my issue and was even worse. Don't go...

Nicest hotel in Columbus. Don't be confused, there are two Hyatts in downtown Columbus. You want the Hyatt on Capitol Square. It is pricey but the best in town.

Best Hotel in downtown Columbus!! A+++. This hotel is great for a business traveler or even a great weekend getaway hotel. I have stayed at both Hyatts in Columbus and this is the best one by far. The service is better, the food is better, and the rooms are MUCH better. This hotel also offers a Regency club which is a great upgrade value. There was quite a bit to do in the area too. We were also able to enjoy the largest Sunday buffet that I have ever seen in my entire life...WOW!!!

This posh downtown hotel is surrounded by some of Columbus' most popular tourist spots.. The Hotel
Connected to shopping mecca Columbus City Center, across the street from the Statehouse and next door to the historic Ohio Theatre, the Hyatt provides an ideal tourist location. Onsite dining options include Darby's Sports Bar, Darby's Outdoor Cafe and the Plaza Restaurant and Lounge, which features an outdoor fountain courtyard and a great view of the Statehouse. For business travelers, the hotel has 16 meeting rooms and two board rooms. Its business center offers copying, faxing, transparencies, laptop accessibility and a computer/printer.

The Rooms
The Hyatt's 400 guest rooms include standard kings and doubles and 10 suites. Of the suites, the two Presidentials are the most impressive, featuring wet bars, fax machines, huge living rooms, bathtubs with Jacuzzi jets, and either a sauna or a baby grand piano.
