How does this average 3 stars.... ...from three 1-star reviews and only one 3-star review? Huh? What's that math all about?

Regardless, terrible experience with this florist. Bad product, credit card overcharged, horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Mafia-like customer service. I wrote about this place a while ago, but my review seems to have disappeared. Here is is, for posterity:

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. My boyfriend found a mistake on his bill and the dude who answered the phone refused to rectify it, finally offering to rip the delivered flowers out of his elderly aunt's hands to settle the matter. Nice.

I'm not kidding. That was really the guy's answer. Do the Sopranos run this shop?

Crap.. I've used Alwood's a couple of times, and their flowers were appreciated. I never got to see the actual flowers, however. The last time I used them was to send flowers to my Husband at his work. When he brought them home, I was absolutely shocked that not only did the arrangement look NOTHING AT ALL like the picture on the website, the flowers were also FAR from being fresh. They lasted 2 days. I was FURIOUS. I'll never use them again.

Wow Flowers were really bad!. I ordered a fresh arrangement for my Mothers 75th birthday, I wanted something really special. What she received was something really bad! I could not belive that they would send something like that to anyone. It even had a cheep disgusting packet of potpourri in with the flowers. I called them to fix the problem, I talked to one of the owners, and I was told that I had waited longer then the 24 hour guarentee, ( I called the next day)

Avoid at all costs. Dealing with this company long distance (phone or Web order), they have the upper hand and they know it. So they treat you badly. No sense of wanting to keep customers happy. They are horrid. Avoid at all costs!
