recently did business with this merchant because they claimed to work on import and have the proper programming. I first must say they entire business with this merchant was a nightmare. First they had my car for two whole days before any work was ever done. Then they wanted to charge me $160.00 for a diagnostic because of how long it tool them to figure out the problem. The guy Willie ended up coming down to their regular price for diagnostic but when I picked up my car to drive of the battery was completely dead. Red flag number one, then I noticed that the door that was not the issue but they had to work through,now broken. They're not open on Saturday or Sunday so I waited until Monday and came back to address the issued they told me to come back tomorrow. I arrived the next day they had my care for 4 hours and wanted me to pay for more work that they broke! Unacceptable then the owner told me do they would do the work if I bought the part. Then the owner says "do what you need." TIp would be to take reponsibility for their mistakes. They did work through my passenger and my passenger door handle ended up broken at the end result. The manager Tom refused to rectify their mistake.
