Staple in my Donato's Big Don Sub. I live in Blacklick and used to eat at the Donato's on E. Broad on a fairly regular basis. I've had some issues with the location a few times in the past but nothing like what happened last weekend. I ordered a Big Don Sub with sausage and marinara sauce. Anyway, I bit down on one half of the sub and felt something sharp poke into my gums. I spit out the bite in my mouth and was astonished to find a STAPLE was in my sub. I called the store manager and she said they use staples on their bags and one of them must have somehow fallen into my sub. She said they would send me out a replacement sandwich. I told her not to bother and that I would NEVER set foot in a Donato's restaurant for the rest of my life. I grew up here in Columbus. Donato's used to serve a quality product. I remember getting excited as a kid to eat Donato's...it was a treat. Now, I just wonder what they could possibly do next to dissappoint me. However, they won't get the chance because Capuano's, Pizza Cottage and Pizza Hut are right down the street...
