view & uploadNever Again!!. We have ate at this location before several months ago, and decided to try something different. To our surprise, the service was bad, and the food was worst. The steaks had no TASTE, and over-cooked, and the service was poor. The server didn't know the menu, and didn't care if our Glass was empty. I would rather pay more money for a better product, then less money and have JUNK. We left hungry and very un-happy, NEVER AGAIN!!!
FOOD BELOW STANDARDS. We have used carryout several times but the last time it was terrible. We were celebrating our 53rd anniversary and one of us was too ill to go inside to the restaurant so we ordered a 12 oz sirloin to split when we got home. We ordered it rare and it actually was close to well done. Someone should know how to cook a rare steak. Very displeased with them and we called to complain and were promised coupons in the mail which we did not get. By the way, I am not making it up, we have been married 53 years.
Terrible Food & Overpriced.. I went to Outback Steakhouse in Reynoldsburg and I ordered the Filet Tenderloin with Stuffed Shrimp. From the picture on the menu, I was expecting a very delicious meal! However, when the meal came out, the Filet Tenderloin looked like and tasted like roast beef! It tasted like it was a few days old and not fresh at all. The Filet Tenderloin was so bad that I didn't even finish eating it. The Stuffed Shrimp was also terrible. The Stuffed Shrimp tasted like something I could order at Long John's Silver (Fast Food) for $1. The Stuffed Shrimp also tasted like it was a few days old and a bit soggy and not crispy. And the total cost of the meal was $14.95! I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with my meal and how much I spent on that meal. After eating the meal, I felt disgusted because the meal was so terrible. The restaurant also had a strange smell inside, like the carpets had not be cleaned in a while. That was my first and LAST time ever going to Outback Steakhouse.
Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor..
In Short
Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.
Going down hill.
The Outback on E.Main always was my favorite place to go for steak or prime rib.Now I feel as if the quality of the food is not like it once was.Cold or not cooked the way I like, is not my idea of good food.
The servers are friendly, however that does'nt cut it when you pay hard earned money for good food!
They have a great location(use it wisely)!
Great Food at a good price!. My family loves OutBack and it is good consistently. We always have excellent food and good service. The salad with the Tangy Tomato dressing and the bread is to die for.
Best place on earth. The OutBack on bethel Ave is by far the best in ohio. I've been to several others in the Ohio area they were all very good but none compare.
