bad service. I don't know y people gave this beauty first high rate, there is not even get a star to me,i agree that there a lot of products for hair but not nails and the prices are super high and the Girl name Brooke she was an a rude services customer I have not seen in my life,when I walk in she wasn't smile and show her face like doesn't want to work or she was over do something lastnite, i am sorry but hey if you don't want to work keep that face at home ,don't bring it into work,I wonder y this place incomes are so slow because they have this kind of services, .....

**BEST CUT/COLOR IN TOWN**. I have tried a few different salons in the Columbus area (penzones, Akada, Jacob Neal) to name a few; they all have been okay. I wasn't "wow-ed" until I went to Beauty First. I have been there a few times for cut and color and never have I liked my hair so much! Meghan B. definitely knows her stuff. I have also had a cut by Erica, who did an exceptional job. They even show you how to style your new cut, which I have never had before! From the cut, to the color, to the styling, Beauty First is by far the best salon in Columbus.

great salon!. tons of products, knowledgable and friendly staff, great salon with great service prices, i underestimated the salon staff there-my stylist was extremely nice and not to mention very talented. i loooove my new haircut!

beauty first rocks. products galore, no pressure to buy, just to try! great place to treat yourself. open atmosphere, VERY friendly staff, highly recommended for last-minute appointments, close to shopping
