Bad Experience. I recently went here to have my hair highlighted and for some inexplicable reason after my hair was shampooed no conditioner was applied. Then, to my utter shock, my hairdresser (who is the owner) began blow drying my hair. No comb could get through it, nor could a brush, and finally when she pulled out the big round brush and my hair became all tangled up around it, I had to put a stop to it. After my objections and concern that no conditioner was used on my hair, Jo (the owner) kept saying, "Well, I guess people just do things differently different places." SO, if you are okay with your hair being attacked, tangled, and incompetently styled by a woman who does not think that it is necessary to apply hair conditioner prior to blow drying (even though they sell LOTS of it in the lobby), then go here. Otherwise, stay away. I will NEVER go back there.
