I recently discovered Star Jewelers of Bexley (by a Google search) and it was an awesome discovery! Elaine and Dennis Howard, as well as Becky, were extremely friendly, helpful and their knowledge and customer service was excellent. I had a mother's ring that I decided to get cleaned and possibly fixed. After discussing my options, I decided to see if the ring could be "transformed" into a pendant. I did have the ring transformed into a pendant and it turned out absolutely gorgeous - I love it! I would recommend (and have!) Star Jewelers of Bexley for any jewelry needs you may have. They're all extremely knowledgeable and friendly and their customer service cannot be beat! They will work with you on any item of jewelry, be it something new or something "old" that you'd like to make new!!

The WORST experience I have ever had with a jeweler. Elaine Howard was contacted prior to Christmas about being able to size a ring for my 81 year old mother-in-law. After several emails and photographs of the ring, I was told that the sizing would not be a problem. My mother-in-law made the effort to bring the ring into Star Jewelers and was given a date of the following week for pickup. Several days later she was called to say they would not advise sizing the ring!

Very accomodating and excellent service!. I got an engagement ring made by Star Jewelers. They were so flexible with us as we wanted to use a few different designs with our own personal touch. Dennis and Elaine could not have been more accommodating and patient with us as we wrestled with what we wanted. They also were great about keeping us in the loop with the progress of the ring. I'd recommend Star Jewelers based upon their personal touch, excellent customer service, reasonable pricing and flexibility.
