The oldest ice cream company in America, Graeter's uses the time-consuming French Pot production process, which, unlike most techniques, isn't whipped up by air. Every scoop is thick enough to be a meal in itself. Standard flavors range from butter pecan to vanilla, and several--like black raspberry-- come with giant chocolate chips.
