Fast-food burger chain inspires cult-like devotion for its steam-grilled, all-beef Slyders.. In Short
A late-night crowd orders miniature burgers by the sackful at this castle-shaped Midwestern chain restaurant. The menu is short and sweet: hamburgers, cheeseburgers and double cheeseburgers, with all-beef patties steam-grilled on a pile of onions and served on square white buns with pickles. Extras like bacon and jalapeno cheese are also available, as well as non-burger options like fried chicken or fish sandwiches and sides of fries, onion rings and cheese sticks.

Not too shabby!. One of the few corporate chains I can stand! Good burgers ( for fast-food standards ), good rings, and good shakes ( again, for fast-food standards ). The only fast-food burger joint left that still fries their apple pie ( the way McDonald's USED TO ). Their hours make them an ideal place to pick up a quick late-night bite!

Dont' Overthink This. It's not a 5-star restaurant. It doesn't claim to be. So don't pretend to critique it like a conussuier. The unique taste of White Castle puts it into a class by itself. I've been eating them for over 45 years and they haven't change in the least. They're still the best. PERIOD! "sliders, greasers, gut-grenades" It doesn't matter what you call them, it's hard to drive by a White Castle and not have at least a couple of those greasy, soggy, onion covered burgers. I'll probably die with one on my breath.

Onion Gas. I can't believe the Hill Billy's of Columbus would rate this place that high. I guess they enjoy sitting in their own onion gas the next three days after eating these burgers.

I'm not dumb, white castle is A-1. I think WC is one of the best places to eat, because the value is good (altho not as good as when I was a child and you could cut the coupon out of the paper and buy 10 for $1.00) Now that is a bargain. We bought WC at least once a week. I think WC should build more restaurants, so they are more convenient.
