They suck!. What else can i say. Very disapointed in food quality and yeah the service sucks. It would be easier to order from the soup nazi!

Whackest ever. So Bizzy and I wanted some pizza. We had just gotten gorded and were on our way to the moon. My name is Matthew so don't call me Gordon. Anyways, we had read a few reviews on here privy to going, the order had been placed. We chose pick up because we did not want a man without pants to deliver our food. To our surprise, when we arrived at the shop, a 213 lb. woman was making pizzas and subs in the shop, WITH NO PANTS ON. The food here is cheap and fairly good, but the real draw is that most of Ohio States food is made and delivered, without pants. Once we arrived home, and opened our pizza box, the pizza had small chunks, of pants atop the cheese. PANTLESS PIZZA should be the name of this place. When we called back to ask what was the deal, her only response to our inquiries, were: "Do you want to party?"

My family ordered food from Ohio State Pizza and Deli. We were quoted a pickup time of 15 minutes. When my husband arrived to pick up the food, they had completely forgotten to prepare part of the order. My husband was required to wait an additional 15 minutes to get the remaining part of the order. Upon returning home, we realized the pizza was over cooked and did not have the toppings we ordered. This was the second time in as many weeks this same situation has happened to us. I phoned Ohio State Pizza and Deli to speak with the manager regarding their declining service (we have ordered from their establishment an average of three times a week for the past 4 years). I was told they were really busy and that I could not speak with the manager. I requested a new pizza. I was first given a pickup time of 10 minutes, then that was changed to 15 minutes. I arrived after 15 minutes, and my pizza was not ready. I again asked to speak with the manager. I began to tell him that I was disappointed in the declining service, as we order from his establishment about 2-4 times a week, but he yelled at me "Do you see anyone standing around here?" I replied that that was really not my problem, as I had ordered goods, they accepted that order and promised to deliver the goods, and then failed to deliver. I requested my money back and was given a refund for the pizza. I told the manager I would be contacting the [for some reason this site does not allow me to specify the government agency]. He replied that he didn't care who I called. There have been multiple times in the past when we have had items delivered to the house, and we have paid for items that did not come. If we wish to get these items, we have to go pick them up (and then they are ice cold). Additionally, no one wears hats/hair nets or gloves.
BTW - they refused to respond to the complaint to that agency I can't name - that makes at least three complaints they haven't even responded to, according to the "bureau"
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Saturday was my first time ordering from Ohio State Pizza and it will surely be my last. When I ordered my medium pizza with my credit card, they said it was be delivered in 30-50 min. After an hour and 45 min past, we called to check up on it. A man replied, "well if you would have answered your fvucking phone!". I did not expect this treatment at all and assured him that no one had called my phone. He then continued to call me a bltch and a sIut, which I took very offensively. I asked why he was being so mean to me and that all I wanted was the pizza I paid for, and he continued to call me a bltch and a vvhore. The name calling went on for more than 5 minutes. He then hung up on me. When I would call back, they would ask me my address and when I gave it to them, they would hang up on me. This happened numerous times. Finally, they said it would get here. I was concerned about the safety of my credit card after this because if a business is allowed to treat customers like this, who knows what else goes on there. An hour and a half after that, my pizza finally arrived, in which it was thrown straight in the garbage because I do not trust what people would do to someone's food that they treat like that. Never in my entire life have I ever encountered such terrible customer service. I assure you that I, nor anyone else I know, will ever go to that place again. It should be shut down immediately. The people that work there are a disgrace to the human race.
THE FVCKING OF THE LIFETIME. I'll tell ya what.. this place was really really bad! I tryed to get a XXL pizza and the dude on the other end told me that he would not want to do it well the guy then told me that they "aint makin XXL anymore and then at that point I told him to fVck then he hang up me well, then i tell him that i need agay, 2 tell me that isnt aint anything i like then it was amazing that he would tkae the credit cvard. the dude that was drivin the car that dropped of the pizza came up to me house withOUT any pants on at all, well then i tell him to put his god damn pants on before he steps on my porch. the son of (EXPLICIT) saID THAT HE AINT PUTTIN HIS PANTS ON,

Not only did the manager hang up on me when I explained that their customer service was horrible, he also said the "owner'" would be in at 11PM and when I called said "oh, she won't be in until 10AM".
Better yet, the credit card number that I paid with and expiration date was on the pizza box!
Places like this should be shut down
4 Star with Man Manager other days 1 Star!. Ohio State Pizza is usually great but at times can be a headache. I tried to make a order on a wednesday night and all I heard over and over again was it was to busy! I made a simple request for a meatball sub mixed with italian sausage and meatballs, my reply was a flat out no GO SOME WHERE ELSE AND GET A SUB! I then requested to talk to a manager and the lady that answered told me to call back at 11:00pm at night when the Man, the Manager that is courteous is there! I was highly disappointed. I am not sure if I received this kind of service because I lived on the wrong side of town, or maybe they were having a bad day! Who knows but as a Pastor and Customer Service Rep I wouldn't trust my stomach with people with and attitude like that! If you do try there I pray that the right manager is on duty!

I was aghast at the two previous post. I've been a customer of theirs off and on for about 8+ years and have never experienced anything as horrendous as what I read. Once I had a problem with my order, i kept calling cause it was late, kept getting message that it was out the door and should be in my hands any moment, turns out the driver got mugged and went to the emergency room. Finally got my order abour 4 hours later. Point is, after years of ordering, I still go back, 1 bad experience doesn't neccessarily have to ruin good food. I know the people skills can use a little polishing, but also remember, they're human too.
Also to the poster with the threat, you forgot to mention the rest of the story....had to be a reason for what happened, not taking sides, but you offered no explanation for it....drivers for food services don't normally come up to people and threaten them for nothing....so what was left out?!?!?
Going to go place an order right now!
