The Scene – Neighbors and OSU students come for cheap eats and friendly conversation. The wall is covered with autographed photos of notables, especially Buckeye coaches and sports figures. There is no Nancy; this is Cindy King's place. She has been ladling out food and commentary for over 20 years. She asks her regulars about their lives, makes sure they've had enough to eat, and new or not, calls them "Honey." – – The Food – Breakfast includes anything a short order grill can offer including a sausage sandwich and French toast. Everything comes from the same…
Editor's Tips
- Chicken and Noodles on Thursday:
- Expect a crowd, maybe a line outside and don't be surprised if they run out and close early.
Part Of my Childhood
by mzjoey28 at Citysearch
I love Nancy's and just thinking about the place makes me smile.. remembering the days when were kid and nothing to worry about sitting side by side with my close friends, and dining with my family...
I still remember those and wanted my kids to have the same memory as I had with Nancy's, they still have the superb food and the warm ambience for family and friends. I hope eventually when my kids are grown ups they'll smile when they reminisce our times here in Nancy's.
Wonderful catering

Nancy's catered my wedding last month, & they did an amazing job! The food was so delicious & abundant. Gorgoeus fruit trays (carved birds from apples...I mean all out), pork medallions, vegetarian lasagna, fresh green beans with almond slivers (just to name a few). I heard so many people comment on how tasty the food was. The price was very fair, & Sheila is a sweetheart to work with. She even "threw in as a happy wedding day gift" our party favors...these cute little white boxes containing Jordan almonds.
Thanks Nancy's! You are the best!

I LOVE this place, had it once before they closed, I don't live far so I was happy I can walk here (but then they closed) I have been waiting the day once I heard they were opening again =) My fiancee gets a little annoyed with the un organization and the fact that they close at 2p.m. But I think it is worth the delicious food!!!! My favorite is the Beef & Noodles =p Thank You for coming back!!!!!
- Pros: Best Home Cooking at the Best Price
- Cons: Crazy Busy, Closes at 2pm =(
