My tattoo is perfect.. I am really pleased with my experience at Fate Tattoo. This was my first tattoo, and Jack was very patient and thorough. He explained everything and made me feel really comfortable. The finished tattoo is perfect, and all my friends are jealous. The studio is clean, with a very soothing atmosphere. I recommend Fate to everyone who asks where I got my tattoo, and that is just about everyone who has seen it.

OVERPRICED AND BAD WORK!. Chris will rip you off and his work is less than average. He charges by the hour and words extremely slow because of it. I"ve seen pieces by him that other shops will knock out in maybe two hours and he'll take twice as long if not longer. Instead of coloring with wider needles to finish more quickly, he must use much smaller ones to run up your total. I"ve known several others that have been charged double what Chris quoted them. Example, and each case is the same, he'll quote $400. finish the first session and charge the total. After the second sitting, he charges the same amount again!! I've been tattooed by over 10 artists and he is by far the most shady of them all. I"ve seen linework by him, minus the color, that he's charged hundreds of dollars for and took him several hours. Other artists would line it under an hour and it would probably look better. Plus you'd have hundreds more in your pocket still.

Never been tattooed by jack. He seems nice and his work looks alright. I've never heard anything bad about him, but Chris is giving that place a BAD name!

Jack is awesome!. Walking in you might get intimidated by his size, but Jack was the coolest guy in the world to get a tattoo from. He made me feel right at home and the cozy little shop was clean and I felt super comfortable as soon as I sat down. Everyone should go see Jack.
