Imagine a smoky, wood-paneled ski lodge circa 1983. Add some pool tables, video games and blinking pinball machines. Cue in Def Leppard's "Pyromania" album, and you've got this bar. Untouched by campus gentrification, this place hasn't changed for decades. And it doesn't need to: the place draws a regular neighborhood crowd that looks as if they've been coming here for years. Apart from the noisy main bar, you'll find a quieter room with rows of booths scarred by years of drunken etchings.

I'm a senior at OSU and my friends and I went to the Library for the first time last quarter. It's the only bar we go to now! It has a great atmosphere and is never crowded. We always take advantage of the dartboard and $6.25 pitchers of Bud Light/Amber Bock. The jukebox has a great selection of classic rock and if you get there before 9PM they have good drink specials. If you're looking for a place to kick back and have a few drinks with friends The Library is the place to go!
Pros: Never Crowded, Great Atmosphere, Free Darts
