Gone-some will miss it and some will not. B Hamptons is closed. Don't know why. i lived across the street and one of the reasons I moved away was because of that bar, it was not the biggest reason. I'm sure the neighborhood is happy but all whom enjoyed the happy hour I grieve…
Best happy hour in town.
There is nothing better than happy hour on a Saturday espically during football season. Their happy hour is $1 beers and $1 dollar well drinks. You would think the well drinks wouldn't be good.
WRONG. Even with the drinks being so cheap, the drinks are made very strong. Sometimes too strong. The staff is very friendly. The food is very good. Its not 5 star but it still is worth the money you spend.
The crowd is decent. Just like any bar, the crowd is mix. Sometimes you can bump into a person that is rude and other times, you can bump into a person that is nice. The music is control by a electric jukebox that you can put your money into to play. If you want to play pool, they have 2 tables but get there early b/c there could be a wait.
The only downfall with this bar is the location due to the fact that there is not enough parking for the bar. Sometimes you will have to park up to 3 blocks away b/c of all the "NO PARKING" signs that are posted everywhere. So, just make sure you check out the signs around the area you parked so your car won't get towed.
Overall, this is a fun bar. I say that the crowd is anywhere from 21-35 years of age. At times, the crowd does look very good for both men and women. Check it out. Have a drink. Get a bite to eat and enjoy yourself.…
Cheap food and drinks make this a mainstay for happy-hour seekers..
In Short
Located off the beaten path in the Harrison West area of Victorian Village, this is a cheap, dimly lit food, drink and gathering place, decorated with odd pieces of Southwestern
art. Crowds cram in for the low-cost daily happy hour. Finger foods with a Southwestern flair. It is possible to get full meals here, but the majority of the cuisine is meant to keep something in your tummy while you imbibe.…
Best Traditional Bar in Town. I have been all over town and this place always brings me back. The prices are fair (Awesome during Happyhour) and the food is surprisingly good for a bar. The scene brings locals, grad-students and young hotties towards the peek days. TVs, pool tables, places to sit and people watch...and then you see how many beautiful people show up. The real draw, everyone (staff included if you are polite and tip) is very friendly and approachable. If they had a patio, I'd never go anywhere else.…
BOOO. I am not a fan of BHamptons because: -there is no parking (last time got a ticket) -it's loud and crowded -invariably have to fend off annoying pick-up lines The happy hour specials are good, especially if you get there VERY early before the Abercrombie/black pants set come in. A good place if you care about "being seen" by "beautiful people," but definitely not my scene…
