The Food – This is one of the least expensive places in town to have sushi. You'll find all your favorites, from tuna nigiri to California rolls. One of the more unusual rolls contains avocado and barbequed eel, topped with a big red dot of Korean chile sauce. Start your meal with edamame (steamed soy beans) and a small bowl of miso soup. But sushi is just part of the story--most of the dishes on the menu are Korean, or Korean-style Chinese dishes. All are served with several small side dishes of different tastes and textures, including spicy kimchee and pickled cucumber. –…
Best Sushi on Campus

Hidden like a diamond in the rough, Japanese Oriental is a great experience. Service is slow but courteous, atmosphere is relaxed, and the food is phenomenal. I usually go for nigiri, but I also love the spider roll, spicy tuna roll, and amigo roll. The salmon and unagi nigiri are fantastic!
The meal begins with warm towels to wipe the hands and ends with an orange slice to cleanse the pallet. They even give you dum-dums! I highly recommend this restaurant.
- Pros: Great foor for the price
- Cons: service can be slow on busy days
Best Sushi in Central Ohio

Listen I have been around the block and I know good sushi when I see smell it taste it. This place consistently has the best product around. Fresh ingredients veteran chefs. Amazing! I will go out of my way to eat there. The service is hot and cold which is typical of really good sushi restaurants. I have a motto to live by ...if you go into a sushi restaurant and the service is good or great then leave because the sushi SUX. I have my theories as to why but they are not important. It does however adds to the flavor of the place. I love it and will take beginner novice and expert sushi eater there any day
- Pros: you may have to hop a plane to find better sushi
- Cons: Service is weak...small price to pay however

I hadn't been here for many years and ended up going back fairly recently.
On my first visit, I had only gotten sushi. I remembered it even being amazing back then, so on my next visit I got the Chicken Bulgogi and a piece of Uni sushi. Wow. Not only is the setting amazing, but the food was just as amazing as I'd remembered. You get quite a bit with your meal, including various versions of kimchi and other Asian condiments/sides. The service was prompt and courteous. The dishes are amazing not just because of the taste, but you don't end up stuffing yourself. I didn't feel bogged down or overly full - So if that's your sort of thing, maybe you should go to one of the Chinese buffets around town. The meal was light, healthy and fulfilling. I can't wait to try some of the other dishes on the menu.
I will definitely be going back again soon. Guys, take your dates here!
- Pros: Great atmosphere, fantastic food, great service
- Cons: Parking (but only if you mind walking - I don't!)
