The seventh level of hell. This is the MOST HORRIBLE Donato's EVER! I will never go back and I live right around the corner. I have had it! The staff is curt and dismissive. If I can actually get thru to a person before being put on hold, (for up to 12 minutes) my order is rarely correct. I have arrived on a few occasions to find the dining room closed and forced to retrieve my order by standing in the drive-thru. I have been double charged for an order due to improper training of frontline staff. I have been asked to bring my own pen to sign my receipt. When I have complained to the manager(s) or Corporate Headquarters I am left with an "I am sorry for your unfortunate experience." I would overlook the blemished record due to the proximity of this store to my home. It is now worth the drive to Grandview to avoid the aggrevation and headache for mediocre pizza. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else. I know there are many other out there who will agree!
