I went in to try on helmets. Every person asked me if I needed help and every person offered to order me the right size in the helmet I wanted. What they didn't tell me was that if the helmet ended up not fitting my head properly they would charge me a 30% restocking fee. I was also told when I bought the helmet that it would be shipped directly to my home. It wasn't; it was shipped to the store instead. Ask has a limited selection, customer service that makes you feel like an idiot when you're a new rider and very poor customer service policies. Beware of anyone that charges you a restocking fee. I'm writing a letter to the State Attorney's General Office. ASK Powersports is terrible. Go to Iron Pony on Rt 3 instead.
