does not back their warrenty. Kay Jewelers does NOT honor their warranty. I have taken my diamond rings in to be checked regularly. When one of the diamonds fell out, I was informed I had to pay. Because I had not brought in the papers when they were checked. So it did not count. I explained that nobody informed me of this, their answer was sorry its Kays policy. My answer I will go else where for my rings. So buyers beware.
