Absolutly horrible.

DON'T DO IT!!! FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SANITY DO NOT APPLY HERE! This is quite literally the worst apartment complex I have ever had to deal with. Elaine is shady as hell, she seems nice at first and then when you get suckered in you will see the true demon that hides behind the facade. Whatever you do should you decide not to heed my warning, do not engage in any interaction with Faith (Faye) Thomas, that is if you don't want to have your car towed, or have your door, or head bashed in with her POLICE issued flashlight, and have the cops essentially laugh at you as they chew the fat with her instead of arresting her for assault and battery. Also, don't have any contact with the illegitimate tow company that they have posted. HE STOLE MY CAR OUT OF MY ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT WITH A COUPLE OF TEENAGERS THAT ASSIST HIM AND HE THREATENED ME WITH A GUN IF I TRIED TO STOP HIM. Don't expect the neighbors or local police to come to your aid. The neighbors just watched as my wife was brutally assaulted by Faith and the teenagers that were with SHAWN GRAY (the owner of Gray's Towing, that can't be found in any phonebook or other similiar listing.) I called the cops many times while he was stealing my car and I told them that he threatened to shoot me and they still took forever getting there, and nobody got arrested for the theft or assualt because none of the neighbors watching the show had the guts to stand up to Faith or Shawn. The police sat there and chatted with Faith when they should've been arresting her. She works down at the courthouse as a Security guard and appearently they can get away with crimes against people too.

Also, have fun trying to get anything fixed or replaced that might be wrong with the apartment, even if it is an endangerment to children. I won't be taken care of and if you do it yourself they won't reimburse you. Anyways, your best bet is to just stay away from the place, it's not worth it to save a few bucks on rent.
