Kingy's Grub Club 3/29/10. We recently went to a taste testing of some new items the Kingys team is looking to add to the menu. We tried a Ruben and a Chicken with Bow Tie Pasta. The Ruben was very good however the sauce that was on it it was a little overpowering and took away from the other components. The Chicken with Bow Tie Pasta was ok. I thought that the chicken was a little over seasoned and there was a lot going on with this dish. There were 2 kinds of sauces some chicken and over cooked pasta.

My overall review is I Love Kingys and I think you shouldn't fix what isn't broken! You already have a great menu with the best Pizza in the Columbus area just keep doing what you are doing no need to add more it just gets confusing.

Kingy's Pizza Pub is for everyone!!!. I have been visiting Kingy's since I was 16 and I'm now 40. I moved away for a little while and now that I am back, the first thing I did was go back to Kingy's. There are TV's all over the place to see the big games and a wonderful patio! The pizza sauce is simply the best I have ever had. The cheese they top the pizza with seems to be overflowing. The crust is cooked to just the right crispness. Sometimes we eat it with meat and sometimes we order a vegetarian. They both hit the spot! We have also had their friend pickles, which are a nice surprise, the meatball sub, which my daughter craves, the Mexican pizza which is what my niece likes. We have already decided to go to Kingy's this week and try the white pizza. I would give Kingy's Pizza Pub a 9.7 out of 10. We continue to take all our family there and have introduced many friends to Kingy's as well!!

Kingy's Grub Club 3/29/10. I participated in a new menu item taste test.. Loved the Ruben sandwich - I would order it if it was ever on the menu .. Didn't feel that the "extra" slice of bread in the middle was necessary though made sandwich a little soggy.. flavor was good and had a little bite to it - I enjoyed it. The Bow Tie Blackened Chicken dish had a great flavor to it... the sauce was outstanding.. not sure though if I would consider this dish "PUB" food. As always service was outstanding - everyone was smiling and I believe all the girls love what they do. 4 thumbs up !!!

Kingy's GRUB CLUB - potential new menu items. New potential menu items: Bowtie pasta with blackened chicken - the perfect combo of sweet and spicy (read hot) - wonderful - can't wait for this to be on the menu. Pasta was slightly overcooked though - they need to watch this.

Reuben sandwich - stacked high with lean corned beef and just the right amount of sauerkraut. Watch out this one has a bite to it. Have a cold beer handy!!

You can't go wrong!. We are probably at Kingys once a week, sometimes more than once. Especially in good weather because we love to sit on the patio. The pizza is probably our least favorite thing on the menu - we love their subs, salad, burgers, and you have to get the panookie for dessert!

We know we can always count on Kingys for a good time with friends or family.
