Damon is amazing. I used to work at the shop, and watched Damon draw all day. I watched him draw things for customers that I thought was cheesy, but when he put it on skin I saw the beauty of the art that he displayed on customers. The tattoos came to life which is something I never saw in any shop that I had previously worked for. The owner Eric Waterfield is quite an amazing artist as well. Tony has shown to be a very personable, and talented person, and I am glad that he has joined the family.

Best (First) Tattoo Experience. I decided to get my first tattoo, and was referred to Advance Body Art by a friend who used them before. As this was my first time, I was unaware of what to expect or how it would happen. Damon went above and beyond anything that I could have expected! He is not only a great artist, but an outstanding professional person, right down to making sure I was aware of him opening sterile packages and continually striving to keep everything clean and sterile. The after care instructions both verbal and written made perfect sense, and covered any question that anyone might have. I would let anyone know if they are planning to get a tattoo, go to Advance Body Art. Damon and Tony were able to provide a great atmoshpere to help ease my tensions and enjoy the entire experience. I will certainly be returning in the future when I decide to get my next tattoo. Again, IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO GET A TATTOO, YOU WOULD BE CRAZY TO NOT VISIT ADVANCE BODY ART!!! I just wish I could give more than 5 stars, they certainly deserve it!

Awesome Tattoo Shop!. Damon created matching tattoos for my daughter and me (to commemorate her first half marathon and my 50th bday). We brought in a sketch of a wing to use as a template. He reproduced it on her ankle, adding shades of gray and white. For mine, he shrunk the wing and added a copy of my running shoe. Throughout the process, he made sure we were happy with the designs and comfortable in general. Comic relief was provided by co-workers Jerry and Anthony. We were given detailed after-care instructions verbally and in writing; they answered all of our questions without making us feel silly for asking (these were our first tattoos and we weren't always sure what to ask). The price was appropriate for the service provided.

Many people have concerns about the cleanliness of tattoo parlors. I certainly do - I'm an RN. So I asked Damon plenty of questions about instrument sterilization, health inspections, training and apprenticeships, annual education classes, etc. He answered honestly and without defensiveness. He opened sterile instruments in our presence, wore gloves at all times, and used appropriate infection-control practices.

My daughter says she'll go back to Advanced Body Art for her *next* tattoo!

Clean and easy going. This shop is clean and fun. The guys made me feel welcome and like one of them. I was unsure of my design and Tony asked several questions to help guide me in my decision. I will be back for my lower back tat!! I will also send anyone who asks where a good shop is to them. Thank you and I'll be back.

Wonderful people. This is the first message I've written about a place, but I really felt I had to. Advanced Body Art is the best tattoo place I've been to! Damon & Tony are the nicest most easy going people. I had a wondeful time getting my tattoo and they really made it fun. The prices are good, and they know what they are doing. I know I will be going back to get another tattoo, and my sister is even going there, even though she lives almost 2 hours away. She was blown away by the great service and friendly people. I highly recommend this place.
