AWFUL experience. Wrong arrangement & bad customer service.. Awful experience. I ordered an arrangement (the FTD Thinking of you bouquet) and a balloon online for same day delivery and what was delivered was VASTLY different from the picture of what was ordered AND the balloon was missing. After 3 different conversations explaining my unhappiness I was told that though they included 3 instead of 4 types of flowers, and that one of those included were different, and that they used much more greenery to 'fill it in' that what the picture displayed, they 'financially fulfilled the order'. I responded with 'you could have financially fulfilled the order than with any flower' and was again told 'we financially fulfilled the order. After 30 minutes of going back and forth their options were to pick up the ones delivered and deliver a new one with the balloon the next day, or refund me, neither of which were what I asked for. I insisted that I was not to ask someone for their gift back because you messed up and was told 'we didn't mess up'. I asked that the recipient be allowed to keep the current flowers and get an entirely new and correct arrangement with balloon the next day but was told that 'that vase is reusable' so that wasn't an option. So in the end I received the refund but was incredibly unhappy with the purchase and experience. I will never order from here again.
Great Wedding. Thanks for Connells Maple Lee for helping make our daughter's wedding a perfect day. It was nice to show up on the wedding day and have everything perfectly in place.

This store was a Worthington mainstay for many years. They have moved to take advantage of a larger more open building with a better layout for them. We will miss them here in Old Worthington. I have only driven by new store north a few miles on rt 23.

Worst for weddings. Had been using the shop for years for personal bouquets, so I enlisted it for my wedding. I ordered a tropical bouquet with stargazer lillies, and provided a picture of exactly what I wanted. First, the florist was late, and was decorating as the guests came in the church. Then my bouquet arrived with red roses and red carnations in the altar pieces as well - not very tropical! Needless to say, that wasn't in the picture I gave them. Additionally the florist forgot my pew decorations, and then when they finally came the creations were sparse and horrific. Of course I demanded a refund, and the shop promised to refund $200. I have yet to see my money returned. It was the worst experience ever.
