Impressed by Financial Fairness!. I just placed a retail order with them; after agreeing to their quoted price and giving them my credit card information and setting the delivery date, I ended the call. The agreement was complete -- a done deal.

Approximately 10 minutes later, they called back and said that because the size I had requested left very little scrap, they could cut the cost by roughly 25%. This was AFTER I had already agreed to the original price and was locked in.

A merchant like that deserves all the business they can get.

ADDENDUM

I received the product yesterday. They worked with me and their third party delivery service to get it delivered on time to my home during my lunch hour.

The material itself was high quality, and the custom cutting was both clean and precise. I bought this to act as the base to replace a soft side waterbed mattress (which required that the foam fit precisely in the platform). It was a perfect fit.

It's seldom that a business can meet price, quality, and convenience requirements -- Columbus Foam Products exceeded these requirements across the board.

I strongly recommend this company to any individual or business that requires products that this company can provide.
