Like my Dr, dislike the office staff with a passion. Made an appointment 3 months in advance, took vacation from work to go to said appointment and then the VERY rude person at the desk told me "you couldn't have made an appointment for that time because we don't book appointments at that time". Well somebody in that office did and I'm still considering sending a bill for my time lost at work. Then they called and canceled the next appointment on me. As much as I like my Dr, I'm still considering moving to another Dr in another practice. What happened to common courtesy?

Westerville Family Physicians,. Even though my family has moved from Ohio, we quit going here, because the staff started outweighing the Doctors. We had 2 insurance policies, and they could never get them straight, and when that happens, they don't get paid. After the Nth time, I paid in cash and never went back, and have been so happy about it.

Amazing Doctor, Terrible Front Desk & Staff. First of all i was very sick and called to make a app. (as a new patient) the lady on the phone was rude and very unhelpful. When i got to the doctor's office i got one word answers and any questions i asked were given impatiently! I do not like going to the doctor's and believe me she did not make it any better! The doctor i was given was amazing it was doctor Jennifer. She was so helpful and explained everything so perfectly! All in all only reason i am going back is because my doctor was the best but the staff everytime has been rude and unhelpful.

Best Docs. Im very lucky 2 be a patient there.i think Dr.richards is the Greatest Doctor.Katie Rocls,and i enjoy the staff.Never had any negative 2 say about them.

Great Docs, Front Desk not so much. Dr. Richard is caring and doesn't waste your time, or your money. Front desk staff lacks...everything. Never friendy or helpful, and I've been going to this office for over ten years. Nurses are nice though.

Great Doctors, Lousy Staff. Dr. Jennifer A. Briones is by far away the best doctor I have ever discovered. She is courteous, kind, she loves children and you can tell she takes great pride in my health and wellness. The problem with this group is the front desk. Generally they are rude and there are never enough of them to answer the phones. It's amazing that everytime I call there is no one to answer my call no matter what day it is or what time. Great doctors, lousy staff.

Poor Customer Service @ Front Counter. Westerville Family Physicians would be an "excellent" office instead of average if the front desk staff was a little friendlier. I felt as if I was interupting the receptionist from surfing the internet. However the Doctors as well as the Nurses were FANTASTIC......I wish they would hire a better receptionist with people skills.

Poor customer service. I was able to get an appointment right away and I didn't have to wait very long to be seen by the Doc. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. The front desk clerk insisted that they didn't take my insurance even though I had checked and verified with my provider b/f even making the appt. When I explained to her that I already verified that this practice was in my network, she totally ignored what I was saying and got a major attitude with me. The medical care was good, but poor customer service makes this place average.
