bad experience

I sent an item to re-clean since they had not done a good job (they probabily did not wash my item at all since all the spots were still there), and they never returned my item. I called many times the headquarters in Lewis Center and they never returned my calls. Terrible experience, I would highly recommend not to use their services.

AMATEURS all the way!

Last spring they opened a store in my neighborhood and convinced me to try them out with discount coupons. They picked up some pieces for cleaning and never returned them. I tried calling and they didn't pick up the phone. I went to the location and they had closed. I phoned the headquarters, they didn't respond.

• Pros: None.
• Cons: Dishonest.

Beware! Unprofessional, awful service.

Opened in my neighborhood and lured me with coupons. Closed shop, took my merchandise and never returned. Called the headquarters in Lewis Center dozens of times, wrote letters and reported to authorities. They never returned the calls or the merchandise.

Don't let it happen to you!

• Pros: They closed shop.
• Cons: They stole my clothes.
