I have known Susan for almost 30 yrs. I have purched 6 machines over the years. Each time she has given the best guidence. She is the kind of person who would "give the store away" to help someone.

She is so helpful and will always give you the best pricing. Look no further!. I agree with the first review. Susan and her knowledgable staff have made sewing such a wonderful experience. I too went shop to shop looking for a machine. I had bought my first Janome from a dealer who wouldn't give me the time of day. Susan is all about customer service. She and her staff have years of experience and it doesn't take long to realize you can't find a better dealer anywhere better than Susan. I have purchased two machines from Susan am I'm really glad I didn't go the box store route or internet route to purchase a machine. look no further for your sewing needs. 3 years ago I went to 5 different places to find a embroidery machine, Sew n Save was the 3rd place I went and I wish I didn't waste my time at the other places. This is the best little shop in town. The owner Susan is like everyones mom/grandmother. Her prices are the best in town. I can't tell you how she has helped me over the years with quetion after question, I can call her up and she will walk me through my program over the phone and always knows the problem. Her classes are great and cheap, I wish she had more. She will help with with your personnel projects and more. I can't say enough nice stuff about this shop. I have sent lots of people to her and have not heard a bad thing from anyone. Trust me once you go there you will be hooked!
