reliable ,my go to plumber. had a leaking pipe under sink fixed the same day, brought every thing they needed, no run out for parts expensive(but what plumber isn't?) fair price for work perfromed. felt comfortable leaving key and letting them in house unsupervised. Have also replaced sump pump and leaking pipe in basement. good company…

Had a problem with one of the tub drain stoppers. I think the wife dumped in pure acid to unclog it! What it did was eat the chrome metal finish off. Now that was ugly!
I spent a day trying to get the darn thing screwed out of the existing PVC. All I did was screw it up even worse.
I called Jack Woods for help. Mind you before I called him, I contacted one of XYZ plumbers who sent this fancy talking guy to my house. Said the whole drain assembly would have to be replaced under the house. & would take a minimum of 2 hours & 3 guys to do the job. I like to had a "heart attack"!
OK, now here comes Bill, from Jack Woods Plumbing to the house today by himself. One hour later, he was gone! This man knows how to get the job done, and done right!!!!

basically, I was blown off. I was told that he always sets the new heaters low to pass the inspection by Franklin County. I told him we've had it for a month and it's worked fine till today. He told me to turn it up a little at a time till we had enough hot water. He never addressed my concern or gave me a valid explanation of why this would happen after a month. He acted like I was an idiot and kept saying to turn up the heat. He even told me maybe one of my children turned it low or the the inspected did it. I said my child is 25 and doesn't go into the basement and that the inspected never even touched the heater. He merely pointed at things with his flashlight. Very disappointed at their non answer. Won't use them again.…
