Since then the chain has expanded throughout much of the Southeast, acquiring several other grocery brands. Today, Kroger stores offer a wide variety of items, ranging from fruits, vegetables and meats to dairy, fresh-baked goods, housewares, beer and wine, books, magazines and flowers.
