Pizza Hut Corporate Office

Pizza Hut in Uhrichsville. I love the salad bar offerings at Pizza Hut in Uhrichsville, Ohio. I SHOULD say, I LOVED them. The bar has been shut down for months now. It was broken, now fixed, just not up and running. Waitresses are great, food is delicious and fresh, but no salad bar. They will serve you a boxed salad if you want, but you don't choose what to add to it. I am sooooooooo disappointed!! Bring back the salad bar!!!…

GETTING LOST WHILE DELIVERING. I ORDERED PIZZA AND WINGS TO HAVE THEM DELIVERED. IT WAS AN ORDER OF $24.50 WITHOUT THE TIP AT 9:30 PM ON A SUNDAY. I CALLED PIZZA HUT BACK AT 10:40PM TO FIND OUT WHY I HAVENT RECIEVED MY ORDER YET AND THEY SAID THE DRIVER GOT LOST AND TRYIED TO CALL ME AND I DIDNT ANSWER MY PHONE. I ALREADY GAVE THEM THE ADDRESS AND THEY READ IT BACK TO ME. I DIDNT GET A CHANCE TO ANSWER MY PHINE BECAUSE I WAS BUSY. THEN THEY SAID THE WOULD RESEND AND DIDNT, BECAUSE I CALLED ANOTHER HOUR LATER AND THEY SAID THEY CANCELED IT. LUCKLEY PAPA JOHNS WAS OPEN AND HAD MY ORDER TO ME WITHIN 45 MINUTES. MEANWHILE I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH PIZZA HUT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS JUST WRONG. WHEN I ASKED THE LADY FOR THE CORPERATE NUMBER SHE ALSO SAID THEY DONT HAVE IT.…

Awful customer service. I used a credit card on my order and they charged a different amount to my credit card I called the store the next day and was told I could pick up the difference. i called this Westerville office and was told they refund the fraudulent charges 2 weeks ago and still today nothing. i have left messages and received no return call. it is not about the money at this point. Oh yeah and the best part when I first called the store to ask about my charge they pulled my ticket from the night before and told my the driver wrote on my receipt in a different handwriting the tip. protect yourself from this company use cash or go somewhere else!!!…
