Delish!.
This is everything you should expect from a greasy spoon.
I have loved this place for years. The food is great the service is fast and friendly. If you enjoy
breakfast or a burger any time of day or night this place is worth a try.
From pecan waffles to legendary hash browns, breakfast fare rules at this homey 24-hour chain restaurant--but don't miss the chili..
In Short
Since 1955, this Atlanta-based chain has welcomed an all-hours crowd of shift workers, suits, regulars and late-night partiers with comfy booths and an extensive menu of Southern-accented home-style grub. Waffles (pecan or regular) are the restaurant's most popular dish. Other breakfast favorites include porterhouse T-bone steak and eggs, country ham, and signature hash browns cooked seven ways, from smothered with onions to topped with chili or cheese. Another bargain is the bowl of chili, which comes topped with onions, ham and cheese.
Awful House. I notice a lot of people find that it's somehow charming when a place serves food burned and doused in grease and shovelled-on salt. I don't. The food here is cheap. IT SHOULD BE!! None of this stuff is worth the trip or labor anyways. It's called the Waffle house but to anyone who's gone it's obviously NOT the Waffles that draws people there. Drinking your taste buds away and/or driving till you hallucinate is usually the reason people end up here. There shouldn't be any other excuse.
