Keith Saddle Shop

The only place to shop!. Every year I go to Keith's at the Equine Affair and QH Congress. Their staff is always friendly and willing to help. Recently friends went to their store and said the same. We bought 6 pr of boots a saddle and a bunch of misc items. Love to shop there!!!!!!!!!!!!…

'Excellent' Customer Service. Yesterday, I returned a bridle to the Keith's shop that I bought at the Keith's booth at the Equine Affaire. I asked AT the equine affaire about the return policy, and I was told that I could return the bridle in 30 days provided it wasn't used and I had the receipt. Sure enough, the bridle didn't fit my horse's fat head, and I was able to SUCCESSFULLY return it at the base store. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and the employee I spoke with even spent a considerable amount of time helping me pick out my first bit. Can't imagine why justmyway had such an issue, unless they had buyer's remorse a year later :)…

Poor customer service. I drove to Keith's to return a horse item. I was told that I could return it if I had the receipt and the product was not dirty. I specifically asked if I could return because I was not sure the horse boot would fit. I followed the instructions and then was told that they changed their policy. They would not accept my return, nor give me a store credit or anything. She just kept saying no. No flexibility, No desire to try to solve this problem. Just NO. In the past they have been friendly but things have changed.…
