Texas--themed barbecue chain provides carnivores with a family-friendly spot for a hand-cut steak or rack of tender ribs..
In Short
With dozens of locations spread across most of the country, this faux-roadhouse chain has become a dependable spot for families in search of a casual spot for affordable steaks and down-home comfort fare. The playful menu is dotted with kid-friendly titles (chicken "critters," "road kill" chopped sirloin) and options (add caramel and marshmallow to a baked sweet potato for a dollar). In-house hand-cut steaks come in a plethora of cuts and sizes.

Good food- bad service.
45 minute wait. While standing the entire time waiting on a table, we watched an older man (who we were later told was the manager) flirt and wrap his legs around the young hostess. There were about 4 other hostess also standing around doing nothing. Their entire staff appears to be your stereotypical 17 year old party girl and none of them (in the times following that we returned) appear to be attentive or quick. The last time we went our waitress was friendly enough but she was also very fake and talked down to us. Although the food is very good and the rolls are addictive, their customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. My family and I will not be returning.

FANTASTIC FOOD!!.
The food and service is always great, and the portions are huge!! You can select which specific steak you'd like cooked too! Peanut shells on the floor, great fresh baked bread, can't get enough!
