Dirk is rude, unprofessional. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my years of home ownership. Dirk is RUDE! He is abrasive, and threatening! I'm sure he will try to sue me because I stopped payment.That was my only option for being treated so badly. I wanted a skunk removed. They caught a raccoon, then they returned it to my property instead of getting rid of it, because I didn't want to pay them for catching a raccoon! I tried to talk to Dirk on the phone, but he just kept insulting me, accussing me and yelling , instead of talking calmly and with some intelligence.The tech was just doing what his boss,Dirk, told him to do. There was no working with Dirk. everything is "his way or the highway"! I would NEVER recommend this Co.

GREAT SERVICE. I am so pleased with this company... I'm not sure of the others' experience but Dirk couldn't have been more helpful, even answering his phone at 8:30 at night when the pregnant squirrel who had chewed her way through my roof into my son's wall started coming through the inside wall! He calmed me down, told me how to fix it until they could come out the next day. They set three traps at 5pm and by 8am the next morning the squirrel had been trapped. His technicians were equally polite and very professional. I will always use this company if I have any more unwelcomed visitors and I will most definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

wildlife control company. This Dirk is more of a used car salesman or horsetrader. Sure he speaks well but what slickster doesnt. He has all the answers,,rebuttals etc. He will catch your neighbors cat and charge you a fortune to do it. Yes im sure he is a real housecat catching expert because he sure didnt do what I needed. Charged a fortune to haul away a housecat and said problem solved. As for his certification? Thats just a selling point.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This was my first experience using a contracter as a new homeowner. I hope all contracters aren't like this one! Dirk is clearly trying to make a quick buck instead of having a sustainable, long-term business model in which customer service is a priority.

Overpriced and unreliable. Services are overpriced and not reliable. I would go out of my way to avoid contracting with this company. Buyer beware.

POOR SERVICE. In 30 years of home ownership this is the worst service contractor I have ever dealt with. (I AM SO DISGUSTED THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW LIKE THIS I HAVE EVER WRITTEN.

They did not even come close to addressing my problem, services was horrible, and after 10 visits they still couldn't even mail the bill to the right address.

USE WILDLIFE CONTROL AT YOUR OWN RISK, THE ONLY THING THEY CAN CATCH IS YOUR WALLET.
