terrible to no maintenance response and management. We lived there for a couple of years renting a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. As temperatures sank one bedroom couldn't be used We had temperatures in winter all the way down to 30 Degrees Fahrenheit. After 5 complains within 2 years We were simply told they wouldn't replace the leaking window or couldn't fix the problem. Every single maintenance problem you have to complain over and over and partially up to 4 or even 6 weeks waiting time. Also not very neighborly oriented. If you have a problem with your neighbor and need someone neutral maybe to help out they only tell you to call the police and that they would get a copy of the report, but they do not get a copy as long as they do not request it. They have downsized the Courtesy Officer for the property and this is also the property where the state data tape was stolen out of a car from. Not recommended for the rent requested and the hassle you get stuck with. Nice for short term not for any longer. Also every year they raise your rent regardless of unfixed problems. Garages are extra and they store a lot of their own maintenance material convenient for them in Garages so you might get a Garage on the opposite site of the complex. Make up your own opinion.…
