Disappointing

My vet's office was kind enough to send me a small bouquet of flowers after the euthanization of one of my pets. I like the flowers, but it is disappointing to see the only rose in the bunch has dark frays along the edges, like it is old. Care much about how your product goes out?

BUSTED AND EMBARASSED

I attempted to write a response to the review titled "NEXT" but was unable to as I am only given 500 characters. This response requires a novel, but I will try to keep it as short as possible. This was a classic case of a bride with champagne taste and a beer budget. She failed to identify her budget and clearly was picking items way over budget. When she finally did reveal said budget, I made suggestions of which she loved and which she received. The real problem was she kept all of the ceramic containers (she was not charged for the use) even after agreeing that we would be picking them up from the reception site the following business day. After several attempts to contact her and several weeks I contacted her father in law to track down my ceramic containers. They were needed for an upcoming event. At this time the father in law informed me that the bride gave all of them away and he would contact her. She got caught with her hand in the proverbial cookie jar and she was embarrassed.

I work with many brides with budgets from $500 into the tens of thousands. I do not have a minimum and do everything possible to deliver on a brides dream. Every bride should have a dream wedding, but they also need to be realistic with regards to budget. It is disheartening to receive an unflattering review, especially when it is not warranted

I was not impressed by Hilliard Floral. The company was suggested to us by a good family friend who frequently purchases their bouquets of flowers. But I'll be honest: I expected more from Chris and her team. She wasn't very helpful when we were looking at her series of floral bouquets from other weddings. I wanted classic and clean, what she offered were Bridezilla-esque monstrosities. What we got: my bouquet started falling apart half an hour into the wedding.

Table arrangements were not heinous, but not special. (My exact thoughts were: we paid for that?!?! Your co-worker's 2 year old could do a better job!) We wanted low table arrangements of delicate florals and greenery so that people could see across the table while smelling good flowers. What we got: bunches of flowers that looked like they had been jammed into a smaller vase with some awkwardly placed leaves.

The only way that I would work with HF again is if I came up with the table arrangements myself and gave them pictures of how to make it. Better yet...I'd find someone else. Especially since it's on my dime.

More than I ever dreamed!

Hilliard Floral Design designed the flowers for my wedding this past spring. I consider myself to be very picky and a little high maitenance. All of the girls there were so kind and patient with me! My flowers were out of this world!!!!!! They really made my day special and so much more than I ever could have expected. My friends are now using them for their own weddings! Looking forward to ordering with Hilliard Floral again!

Wonderful!

I used Hilliard Floral for my wedding last year, and I just have to say I couldn't be happier!! The service was wonderful, they were extremely creative and the flowers were absolutely perfect. I can't say enough good things about them!
