Poorly managed

Tried to accuse me of stealing, after they mishandled my cc over the phone. Ended up calling the police on me. I ended up stopping payment on the cc, and went in the next day to pay cash. I informed the owner/manager that he should be very very careful to accuse people of things that could be libelous. He didnt grasp it. I complained to corporate, and he has since lost his franchise with Minute Man, and the store was closed. He is now open with a new shop (same location) called Romeo's Pizza. Stay away from this guy...hes not that bright, and you will get trouble.

No Show Pizza!

One day my workplace decided to order us pizza and when it was delivered I noticed that it was from Minuteman which I had never had. I loved it and got home and later that week decided I had to have it again! So I invited some friends over, bragged about this pizza and I called Minuteman and placed my order, it was a delivery and the guy on the phone said it would be about 30 mins. which was fine with me. Well about an hour later it still hadn't came so I decided to wait it out a few more minutes and when it reached the hour and half mark I called and the guy on the phone said that the driver was on their way, they were very backed up and he appologized. Okay, whatever, that was fine I just really wanted my pizza. Well, it was now two hours after my order was placed and I called back to see what the heck was going on the they guy said that the driver got a flat tire and came back to the store, I was not called or anything! Nor was I offered a free pizza or a re-delivery, the guy just simply said "sorry". I will not order from Minuteman again.
