Thanks for the heads up!!. The corporate structure of today is exactly as these disgruntled employees have stipulated. I experienced a LOT of the same treatment when I was working in corporate America, and it's sad to see that not only have things not changed, but have indeed gotten worse.

I was considering applying at Baesman but these employee horror stories reminded me too much of the crushing corporate structure I left years ago. I got my CDL and started driving trucks regionally, and am home everyday between 5-9pm and making more money than I ever did as a corporate zombie slave.

The one review where the worker is raving about how great Baesman is, sounds like one of the managers trying to boost the company image. I can't stand how these big companies just squash their workers and try to squeeze every last waking hour out of them, sending home an empty husk of a human-being back home to their families.

This is why people just go home and vegetate in front of the TV all night; they have nothing left to give. Resulting in families ruined, children left alone, marriages destroyed - all because of the greedy corporate sub-human beasts that only think about the dollar, not the oppressed people generating that dollar for them.

There is no reason the work week couldn't be 3-4 days a week, 5-6 hours a day, with no drop in income. All that would be needed is for companies to stop charging so much for products. But this is where the GREED aspect comes in. The cost of paper has risen, but trees that the paper is made from grow for free.

The cost of food has risen drastically, yet fruits and vegetables still grow for free, but they have been genetically modified to give LESS vitamins and sustenance. THAT'S what costing!!

People's moral would skyrocket, the economy would take off, with lower prices and shorter work days & weeks. But they won't allow it.

I applaud these people for standing up to the corporation and speaking their mind. It's only a blurb online, but your message got out... believe it! Power to the People!!

Baesman is a Great Place to Work!. It's very interesting reading the reviews written here because my experience has been quite the contrary. I have worked for Baesman for several years and have found the company to be a great company to work for. They are very competitive with pay & benefits, the work conditions are really good, including a temperature controlled warehouse, which you don't find in every job. The management team works with their employees to make sure everyone succeeds in their job. They have made great strides in recent years to become a better workplace. With the economic downturn, many companies closed up shop, but not Baesman. They kept their people employed and never reduced pay or benefits. I think this speaks volumes for the owners. I enjoy working there and have no plans to move on. Baesman really is a great place to work!!

Worst place to work. I was fired there because they lied about my performance. I found out 5 managers from 5 different dept. quit there and yet they claim the best place to work..NOT. Owners are too greedy and don't care what you think. So before you decide to work there, don't do it. This place is like a revolving door.
