Premium Services from THE Premier Salon in Dublin. Service begins from the second I walk in the door. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming, a nice change these days. The owner Susan makes it her passion to greet all clients with conversation and attention while experiencing the best that any salon could offer. The talent pool of stylists employed there is impressive to say the very least. Cutting edge techniques and stylistic execution is emotionally moving and uplifting. I have been privileged to experience most of the stylists there and I can honestly say style and trends run deep in this salon. What an experience! I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Very good, would recommend. They always treat me well and give great haircuts. No Midwest Hair. After moving here from NYC and trying a bunch of places, this is the first place I've found where I feel like my haircut is stylish and on trend.

They care about hair and hearts!. I watched ten stylists from Premier give free cuts and styles to get kids ready for school. They each gave up several hours of their Saturday afternoon to help kids in need. I was amazed when I noticed the kids getting more than just a cut. They received style! I loved the ribbons for the girs' new looks. These kids left looking beautiful with huge smiles on their faces! This is a business that that cares about more than their own interests!

High quality service with a personal touch!. I've been getting my hair cut here since they've opened and couldn't be happier. The front desk staff always recognizes me when I come in and are professional and easy going.

I've also tried a variety of different hairstyles during my time there... some with color... some without. The recommendations made and the skills to apply their ideas and make sure that I'm happy with the end result have always left me satisfied!

I've recommended their services to several friends and colleagues, who now go there and I will continue to do so!

great customer service. This is a well kept secret!! From the moment I entered the salon I have loved it. The atmosphere is fun and family oriented. The staff was talkative, very friendly and concerned about the best for my hair. If any of the stylists go over on time, which rarely occurs, a complimentary hand and arm massage is offered. The owner really goes out of her way to make sure everything goes smoothly and that everyone is satisfied. If there is a problem All you have to do is call !!!I have been going to Premier for 10 years and the salon has grown with the times. They really are "local stylists with world class abilities". Anyone wanting great hair should see the staff at Premier Salon Concept. Where they care about more than just your hair.

Unprofessional and I'm not impressed. This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. I was a brand new customer coming to get a haircut. I called twice to get directions and both people I spoke with had NO CLUE how to get to the salon. Keep in mind that I only live 4 miles away. After getting off an exit that the receptionist told me (it was the WRONG one), I called the salon directly to give me directions from where I was. Once I spoke to them on the phone, my appointment was at 6:30pm, and I was running a bit late, they told me that they didn't have time to fit me in, eventhough I had made an appointment. Their reasoning was that they "had something to go to at 7:00pm." So, they canceled my appointment.

Even if I had made it there on time at 6:30pm, there was a fairly good chance they would've rushed through the haircut in order to make it to their 7pm plans. Clearly this is an unprofessional establishment, and I would not recommend that kind of service to anyone.

Love it!. I have been going to Laurie since I was 3 years old (I am now 19) and Premier since I was in 4th grade. I have gotten my hair done occasionally at other times for some odd reason and it is NEVER as good as Premier. They have great service, highly trained employees, and its a great atmosphere. I always leave happy with the way my hair looks. I've been through it all there... 7" cut off, bangs in middle school, died from light blonde to dark brown... and I always love it. They are always up to date with the newest looks and if you aren't satisfied they will work with your hair until you are. I reccommend this place to everyone - You will love it!

hair cut and styles. i have been going to premier salon concept for 2 years , the asst. manager makes sure all the customers are treated with the best care probable, thank you laurie for making me fell that people care. bill f.
