Great Food. Best Italian I have ever had in Columbus. Dishes are large, and they are willing to substitute (Big plus). Pasted tasted homemade. Their butter is awesome, staff friendly and wait staff freindly and helpful. Highly recommend and will become our new favorite italian place.

Great Food, Great Value. I've been a Moretti's fan for years. The food is great, with fresh, made in house product. They have such a low turn over in staff that I see the same faces and they are always very welcoming, even if they aren't your server, they come by and say hi. Management is great and always goes above and beyond to try to meet every request that we may have. The weekly specials are AMAZING, $14 for chicken entrees on Monday? Insane. Dine in or carry out and comes with a soup or salad...you have food for a week the portions are so big.

Highly recommend. Very small dining room, I would always make a reservation, weekend or weekday.

Best Authentic Italian Food in Columbus. Moretti's is hands down our favorite Italian Restaurant in Columbus. The homemade Pasta is wonderful alone, but in combination with the outstanding Gravy (or "sauce" to you buckeyes") it's among the best I've ever had. The fresh bread is excellent (and doesn't the bread really make or break an Italian Restaurant?) and the salads are superb. The atmosphere is lacking, the noise is up there in decibles and the service can definately be improved, but all things considered, it's still our favorite local Italian Restaurant.

Raise their prices constantly-not worth it. 20.00 for pasta-They are really greedy and out of step with their competitors. there are better values to be had and you vwill get better treatment too. Servers are fine but management can't keep staff. It was a lot better when the wife wasn't involved. Better service-better value, more consistent food.

Very good appetizers. Very good restaurant.They have particularly good appetizers, and you could make a meal out of just those unless you have a very big appetite. They have very big portions, so consider sharing a dinner. Very glad I found this place, and I plan to go back.

Best Italian Food. I come into town on a monthly basis for my job and I ALWAYS have to visit Morettis. It is the best Italian food I have ever had. I always take a small group and we always receive excellent service and food. The menu is great. If you have never been to Morettis, you truly havent experience the best Italian food there is. I always make a reservation as it is a smaller restaurant and it fills up fast on some nights. Great job Morettis! Highly recommend Morettis!

avoid at all cost. I can handle bad food or bad service, but not being treated like I was. They do not appreciate there customers anymore. I used to enjoy the restuarant. I wonder if they are having financial problems. The staff is nice, but if you have a problem the mangement has a nasty attitude. If you have to deal with Tommy, just go home he is of no help....

I thought I had entered the DMV. The food was awfull, but the staff was even worse. They let open tables sit vacant just to force people to stand or buy something at the bar. My wine was nearly $8.00 for a small glass. I though I was in the Department of Motor Vehicles!!! Not only is this place in a small strip mall, The staff treats you like you are a nusience. I asked to speak to a manger, but they don't have one in the front of the restuarant. The manager was in the kitchen cooking and I just wanted him to see my raw chicken!!! The worst experience I have ever had!!!!

owners/managers don't care if you have a problem. The last and final time I went there they gave our table away as we were waiting 45 minutes at the bar. They told us to wait another 45 minutes. The place is in a strip mall and extremely small. Not good for parties over 4. No where to stand or sit to wait on a table. The prices are extremely high. The average entree is over $20.00. Everything is ala cart. Salads and desserts are expensive. A glass of the house wine is $8.00. The atmosphere and service are not worth the cost. The owner talked down to us and used foul language as we explained our disappointment in our experience. I will tell all my friends and family how poorly we were treated!!

Overcharged us by $54!!. Having heard what a great place Moretti's was we had a group of six that was excited for great Italian food. We had a reservation; once we were seated everything went wrong. Our appetizers came out and a minute later our salads followed. The food was good, but they were out of dessert (on a Saturday night?). Then, since they discourage split checks, we asked for an itemized bill after paying. When our server returned she realized that she had overcharged us $54 dollars. Not just a couple of bucks, or charged us for an extra meal, this was a large amount. When she went to take the amount of the check she asked if we would be changing the tip. When my husband answered in the affirmative, she wanted to know how much tip he wanted to leave. After finally asking for the entire charge to be cancelled and re-charged we were told that it was too hard to do that, finally we insisted. When we asked for the manager she was very unhelpful and didn't want to listen to our complaints, she actually walked away from us twice while we were trying to speak with her. Overall, service was poor but the food was good. The question to ask is what do you really want? Good food, poor service and to be charged an exorbitant amount?
