The car washes has been up and down for the duration of about 16 months. Long story short, I complained. I was then contacted by the GM who happens to be Jessica Germain. She argued with me and we got no where. She was very unprofessional and rude. Since that did not work I was then contacted by Jim Collins, who is the operations manager. Well, after several discussions with him, one with him explaining that they no longer focus on customer service but rather retention. (I have recorded dialogue to back this), we got no where. I had asked him to ATTEMPT to put me in another vehicle. After he TRIED, he called me and said he could no longer COMMUNICATE with me because the AG of Ohio advised him not to. THis is just a display of the great customer service. In my opinion if they keep focusing on retention rather than customer service, they may not retain anyone, Be careful with these folks.
Great values and great service! Just bought another Honda Civic LX from John Schmittaeur ("Schmitty"). He is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend Germaine Honda and John!
Just leased my fourth Honda at this dealership on Saturday. Easy to work with and a great service department.
No pressure sales with Chris Glover.Worked with Chris Harvey in service and Jeff drove me home and picked me up when extras where completed.Great group to deal with!
Our 2012 Pilot was running fine
traveling down the road when it started hesitating, running and shifting very rough. Several dash lamps came on (check engine, traction control and variable speed). Of course this happened late Friday afternoon on a Holiday weekend. Failure happeed close to a Honda dealership but there would be no service offered there until the following Tuesday. We called Germain 50 mile away and they worked the truck in the next morning.
Cause of the failure ended up being a bad spark plug and some forward thinking Honda PCM programmers that decided the vehicle should limp bad in the event of this failure. Germain Honda replaced the plug and reprogrammed the PCM so the truck would not come to its knees again with this failure. Obviously Honda had quite a few complaints from this to write a fix in PCM software.
This was our first repair need but Germain was great handling the event and we had the truck back for the long weekend.
They are crooks. My car was totaled in an accident (Not my fault). I found a car on the internet for a 2007 Ford Focus with 91k miles for about $7000 at Germain Honda of Dublin at 6715 Sawmill Rd Dublin, Ohio, 43017. I called them to inquire about the car and talked to a salesman name Sonny. He informed me that the car was still there and he assured me that it had absolutely nothing wrong with it. When I came to test drive the car and take it to my mechanic they pull the car out front and left it running for me. When I got in the car the first thing I noticed was that the airbag light was on. I was immediately angry because Sonny lied to me. He may not have even bothered to look at the car before telling me it was okay. I took the car to my mechanic he checked it out and told me not to buy this car. He said there was a serious problem with the airbag system that would cost about $2000-$3000 to fix. I then took the car back to the dealership and spoke to another salesman named John Reynolds. I told him about the airbag and asked him to knock about $2000-$3000 off. He refused saying that I was already getting a great deal on the car because its blue book value was $9200 and the price was $7000. He pulled up a website to show me a 2007 Ford Focus they had with a $9200 price tag on it. I got mad and started to leave. I then decided to report this to the manager in the corner cubical right next to John Reynolds cubical. All I told him was that the car I was trying to get had a $7000 price tag on it with a $2000-$3000 airbag problem and I was trying to negotiate a lower price. He then pulled up a list of all of the 2007 Ford Focus they had to show me that the $7000 one at the bottom of the list was the cheapest one they had. However, what he didn
