Disappointed in service! A mechanical failure in my MDX in January was initially fixed costing several thousand $$. However, complications to the transmission from the first problem were never correctly diagnosed. After having the car in 3 times for the same issue, their response was to flush the system each time. Needless to say, this didn't work the last time either. What was that about the definition of insanity?

Oh, and that email you get after service stating they want to ensure your satisfaction is 100%, don't believe it! I emailed my displeasure and they never got back with me.

Great experience with sales and service. I've been dealing with Acura Columbus for the past 10+ years. Love the sales department bought several cars always a fair deal without the drama typically associated with car sales. The service department has had a few minor concerns but anytime I've had a problem they immediately respond and go above and beyond expectations to make sure things are right. My favorite dealership by far!

Good service, great car. I purchased a used 2007 Acura RDX from this dealer about three years ago. I found them to be easy to deal with and respectable during the negotiation process, and feel I got a fair price. I didn't have a trade-in, so can't comment on that part of the experience.

The car itself has held up very well under strenuous use. I now have over 130,000 miles on it. Other than an air conditioning repair, it's never required anything other than routine service. I like everything about the car but the navigation system, which seems lacking compared to others I've seen. In fairness to Acura though, I haven't purchased the update CD. Wish they would provide it free or at a reduced price.

When I take my car in for service, I am always greeted promptly. The waiting area, complete with wireless Internet access, cold drinks and snacks is very comfortable. I only had one minor service complaint (can't remember what it was now), but know it was addressed promptly.

Overall, I like this dealership and the service they provide. Wish they could get me in a little faster for scheduled oil changes (had to wait a week and a half for an appointment), but otherwise am fully satisfied.

Excellent First Time Buyer Experience. My husband and I were first time car buyers with no trade-in and in search for a highly reliable car at a good price. I have been a Toyota driver all of my life (Celica, Camry, and T-100) and test drove a variety of SUV's and sedans (Nissan, Toyota, and Honda). The Acura 3.2TL like the other vehicles was a "good bet" according to Consumer Reports; however, it was the features of the Acura and the dealership experience that influenced our purchase. We visited many dealerships in the Columbus area to name a few, such as all the Toyotas, a few Germains, one Jeep Chrysler, on Kia, Honda East, Hugh White Honda, Immke Honda, a small dealership, and Lindsey Acura. Only Acura of Columbus provided the best overall experience. Mr. Greg Brown, our salesman, provided us with an absolutely positive experience even after completing our purchase. We were treated with respect from the very beginning and would recommend this dealership to everyone. Of all the sales people we met with, he was the most courteous and professional. Most importantly, the price negotiation process did not involve intimidation or "patient room" like waiting conditions.
