Filed the wrong city taxes for us!!

Buy the guarantee! We were not offered this to begin with but if you file your taxes at the sawmill H&R block make sure you tell the accountant you want to include this into the package.
We were recently sent a letter stating our city taxes were filed wrong. I also called at least 4 different H&R blocks to set up an appointment and the only H&R block to call me back was the one in Hilliard off of Fishinger road. (Great service at this location, we will be returning next tax season!)
Joe completely messed up on our city taxes and we now owe money! We will not be going back to this person or this location!
