Steak 'n Shake

bad service and rude waitress. bad service and rude waitress my friend and I went their at 1 am on thursday mornning to grab a bite. By mistake we walked in the store without waiting for someone to seat us becuase we missed the sign. after we sat down the only waitress working there at that time approached us and said " can't u guys read, the sign says please wait to be seated " in a very loud and rude way.after that we sat there for 48 minutes without any body attending us or even giving us a menu to look at. the waitress was not busy at that time and she knew that we were unattended and ignoring all that she found time to sit and flirt with some guy for more than 15 minutes during her working hours.she even called some guy who is so called the manager to assit us because she didn't want to attend two colored men.we complained to the manager who did not understand a word that we said because he didn't speak proper english.

this shows how this resturant is poorly managed.

however being discriminated against from one of steak and shake employees is illegal and unethical.

and i'll make sure that justice has been served, and they will be hearing from my lawyer very soon.…
