Worst Color Stylist and Awful Hair Stylists

I went in with blonde hair and out with dirty brown. Need I say more. I tried to talk with them and they litterally walked away from me. All I wanted was my money back and no one at their regional office will respond.

Do NOT go to Mario's at all. Their STYLISTS do not have enough experience to properly do hair. Its a shop where they wheel you in and wheel you out...................

Sorta disappointed..not worth the money at all.

I went to MT thinking I would get all around great service (i.e. friendly staff, 'warm' environment, good cut..). But I didnt get all that. I felt...out of place for some reason.Yeah, the color was fine. And the cut was okay, too (and yes. Thats was IT--good and fine). But I guess when I knew I was going to throw down around 100 bucks, I expect all around great service.

I guess what I am trying to get at is I feel I paid WAAAAAAAAAY too much for what I got. Which is a disappointment, because I though with the Mario Tricoci name, I couldnt go wrong. Well, I went wrong. So, Ive learned my lesson: Dont go just because of the name thats plastered on the wall. Thats not a guarantee of greatness inside. Go because you KNOW you will get good service at a good price.

NOT WORTH IT!

• Pros: okay cut and color
• Cons: way too expensive to pay for just an okay cut/color!!!!
