I just had my Spa Day at The Retreat. It was awesome!! Mani, Pedi, Massage & Facial. Everyone was so nice and helpful. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable as well as my aesthetician. My feet and hands look and feel terrific! What a day!! I had a free fruit parfait during my pedicure... who knew? This is a "Must-Go" Spa! :-)

I moved to Columbus about 6 months ago. I've been to a few "Just Ok Day Spas" since I've been here. Finally I found The Retreat. I don't know how my friends didn't know of this beautiful spa! I treated myself to a massage, manicure & pedicure! It was fantastic! Everything was great! My massage was so relaxing. My manicure and pedicure were perfect. The spa was lovely and the staff was so nice and professional! I recommend The Retreat highly!

For my wedding anniversary, a friend gave my husband and I a gift certificate for a day package for two. I’ve always wondered how going to a day spa with him would be. I recently had the chance to find out. We used the gift certificate and “WOW” did we have a great time! A couple’s massage, dual pedicures, dual manicures and a quiet, candlelit meal between services. He’s never done anything like that before. He loved it! It was perfect! Everyone was so nice and professional. It sure beats an expensive meal and a movie. I’ve been to Spas before but The Retreat is the best by far! We’re definitely going to do that again!

My friend Janet and I had a great spa day! We both enjoyed side-by-side manicures and pedicures then I had the best massage ever while she got a facial. It was a day we both needed... badly! The entire Retreat Staff were excellent and friendly. Sammy and Angie were very good preforming our manicures and pedicures. Much, much more than we expected. Kristi gave me the best massage while Janet said her aesthetician, Megan, was awesome! It’s almost like they knew how bad we needed this! I can’t wait to go back! We both decided “A Spa Day At The Retreat” is what we want for Christmas!

Although, I'm not a big Groupon user. I'm excited to find a Groupon offered for my favorite spa! A Deal for Packages of Bikinni Wax's! Perfect! I've been getting all my waxings here for years! They are the best! What a nice surprize! I'm now set for the next 12 months! Thank you Retreat!

Groupon customers were bullied into outrageous tips, yet the service was dismal! The aesthetician complained of being over booked, and my mom's pedicure consisted of her toes being painted. I think the rude woman at the front desk is the owner, so just be prepared to overpay! Try Penzones or Kenneths for true relaxation, because if you go here you will be stressed!!

ValenSPA Day!. I received a Retreat Gift Certificate for Valentine’s Day. I’ve got to say; “My husband got it right this year!” The Retreat has to be the best spa I’ve visited. I received a Facial, Manicure & Pedicure. I was stunned how often I was asked if I was comfortable or I needed anything. I’m not good with names but the woman who performed my facial (spoke in a European accent) was obviously an “expert” in skin care. Not only was my facial awesome, she helped me tremendously on my personal skin care. I was served a free Fruit Parfait during my pedicure in a pedicure chair that really massaged (not vibrate) my back... Pretty Cool! The girl who performed pedicure also did my manicure. I think her name was Sammy (blonde). My nails look great (fingers & toes).

A Day To Remember!. I recently used a Retreat Spa Gift Certificate my husband gave me for my birthday in September. It was 4 hours of Pure Bliss! I've never experienced a massage (forgot the name) where the therapist walks on your back. That was fabulous! My pedicure and manicure, performed by Megan, was equally great! It was beautiful and everyone was so nice! I can't wait to go again!

She's Happy, I'm Happy!. I purchased a spa gift certificate for my wife for her birthday. She finally used it last week. She's still talking about the great time she had. Wow, I would've done this long ago if I knew how much she enjoyed spas. I know what I'm gettig her for Christmas.

I'm A Spa-Fanatic! This Is The One For Me!. I've been visiting The Retreat for about 10 years. During that time I've went to other spas that were recommended or I received a gift certificate. Nothing compares to The Retreat! Every time I've received a service (i.e. Facial, Massage, Hair, Manicure, Pedicure...) the experience and the results has been PERFECTION! I can always count on several compliments from people after I've been there.
